JUSTIN Bieber has been filmed refusing to speak to a fan as he left a sunbed salon in Dublin.

Keith Casey’s footage shows him asking his pop idol for a selfie as he emerged from the tanning shop, only to be left burnt by the 22-year-old’s snub.

Justin scuttles off with his head down, trying to ignore Keith as one of his burly bodyguards steps in to demand he stops filming.

However, despite it being clear that Justin – who has told fans he’ll no longer stop for selfies, doesn’t want to interact, Keith continues to follow him down the high street and calls out that he’ll be attending Justin’s show.

This appears to rile Biebs who responds with his arms spread: “I don’t have a show tonight.”

Keith clarifies that he’ll be attending the show tomorrow night as Justin jumps into an awaiting car.

For Keith though, there never was a Bieber show in the end, as being ignored by the pop brat out him off seeing him perfrom.

He told Newsflare: “I decided not to go to his show. I didn't want to support him if he wouldn't even take a picture with me.”

Last week Justin stormed off stage during a Manchester concert, he apologised to his fans in a lengthy online post only to delete it just minutes later.

Justin had previously kept quiet about his reasons for dropping his microphone and stomping off midway through his set.

The Canadian singer wrote: “People tend to want to shut you down. What I mean by that is … people try to twist things, some people don’t want to listen.

“But I simply feel like, if I didn’t use this platform to say how I truly feel, and if I didn’t use this platform to be the man that I know I am, and speak from what’s in my heart, then I’m doing myself injustice, and I’m not doing anybody in this audience any justice.”

He went on to say he wasn’t a “robot” adding: “There’s going to be times where I say the wrong thing, because I’m human.

“But I don’t pretend to be perfect …there’s times when I get upset…times when I get angry, there’s times when I’m going to be frustrated. But I’m always going to be myself on this stage.

“When people try to twist things and say ‘Justin’s angry at his fans. He doesn’t want his fans to scream’ that’s not at all what I was doing. All I was simply doing was wanting people to listen; to kind of hear me out a little bit.

“Certain people … certain cities aren’t going to want to hear me out, and you know, sometimes it’s my job to just say ‘Hey, I’m not going to try to force anything’.

“I just appreciate you guys tonight, listening to me and understanding, and rocking with me. You guys are truly amazing.”

Moments after his post went live on Twitter, the 22-year-old deleted it – much to the confusion of his fans.
