Gemma Atkinson lashes out at ‘mum shamer’ over video of her daughter with her dog
GEMMA ATKINSON has hit out at a mum shamer over a video of her daughter with her dog.
The radio presenter was previously slammed by an unnamed dog trainer, who criticised her for letting her two-year-old baby so close to her pets.
Gemma, 38, previously took to social media to post an adorable video of her daughter Mia, with one of her pet dogs.
In the short clip, her daughter could be seen crying, before calming down as she reached over to stroke the canine.
She captioned the video: "This just came up as a memory. The calming effect of dogs.
"I’ve lost count of the amount of times Norman or Ollie have without even knowing comforted Mia or instantly changed her mood (as they do with me daily).

"The amount of patience and love they have for her is so heartwarming."
But one unnamed dog trainer took umbridge with the clip and slammed Gemma for exposing her child top the pet.
Gemma did not take this lying down as she turned to social media with various posts where she fought back against her critic.
She wrote on her Instagram story: "I have the upmost respect for anyone that works with animals.
"But it was really disheartening to see my video used as a "bad example" and the comments "so irresponsible".
"I know my dogs, I know my child and I know I'm a responsible owner and anyone who owns a pet should be."
But she was far from done, as she later posted a video of herself, cradling her baby on her lap, whilst her dog roams around nearby.
She captioned the short clip: "I've never made the feel pushed out abd even though I trust them both wholeheartedly, they still to this day have never been alone with Mia.
"Judge me on my appearance, my clothes, stories in the press, my relationships etc.
"But judging me on my parenting of both my child or my dogs is something I won't stay quiet about."
