BEN Hardy has hinted at an EastEnders return after making it in America.
The 25-year-old actor, who played Pete Beale in the BBC soap from 2013 to 2015, teased a potential comeback during an appearance on Good Morning Britain.
Ben was appearing on the show promoting the release of X-Men: Apocalypse on DVD.
However, entertainment editor Richard Arnold couldn’t help but ask if he’d ever reprise his role as Ian Beale’s son.
Ben responded: “Never say never but not in the imminent future.”
Despite cracking America in the superhero film alongside Jennifer Lawrence, the British born star revealed he actually got more recognition while appearing in the BBC soap.
He said: “I actually got more attention on the street for being on EastEnders cause you’re in people’s homes every night.
“The main difference [between filming X-Men and EastEnders] was having so much more time to film.
“You do like a page of dialogue a day on film shoots, appose to like 12 scenes a day on EastEnders.
“Soap acting is such a hard craft as it’s so relentless.
“You hardly have time to do your best.”
