This comes after she recently paid tribute to her son who also celebrated his own milestone as he just turned 18.
She said: "The big deal for me is the fact that my son, Aiden, is 18 on Sunday."
The TV favourite explained that Aiden was born on her birthday and stated he was a "gift", to her.
She continued: "Born on my birthday 18 years ago and I just can't get my breathe that Aiden is 18, I just can't believe it, he's going to be an adult on Sunday.
"My little baby and you guys have seen the whole journey, obviously I brought him on This Morning when he was teeny tiny, literally about three weeks old, I brought him onto the show.
"And now he's 18. Unbelievable."
