Brit Awards 2023: Pregnant Kate Ferdinand shows off baby bump as she poses with husband Rio on the red carpet

KATE Ferdinand proudly showed off her baby bump as she and Rio posed on the Brit Awards red carpet tonight.

The 31-year-old and Rio, 44, are expecting their second child together.

Former Towie star Kate and the retired footballer put on a glamourous display for the Brit Awards in London this evening.

She looked stunning in a simple off the shoulder black dress that perfectly flaunted her blossoming tummy.

Meanwhile Rio was dapper in a navy blue suit which he paired with white loafers.

Kate already shares son Cree, two, with Rio and is also stepmum to his teenage kids Lorenz, 16, Tate, 14, and Tia, 12, and she recently revealed they started to spot signs she was pregnant weeks ago.

Kate has since explained that she was cautious about telling the kids too early following her devastating miscarriage last July.

"Tate sat us down about four weeks before at the dinner table, I think Rio was at the World Cup, and he said, 'I've got an announcement to make. I know you're pregnant," Kate revealed on the .

"I was flustered and at this stage I still didn't want to tell the kids just in case.

"So I went, 'You don't know I'm pregnant, because I'm not pregnant.' I feel like from that moment on he's been on me."

Her eagle-eyed stepkids noticed changes in Kate's behaviour - including less frequent gym sessions, no alcohol and different food habits.

Kate said she was also began to wear oversized clothes to hide her growing bump.

"The kids know the symptoms from the last pregnancy. I go off my fish and certain foods," she continued.
