Vanessa Feltz is the love of my life – I regret cheating and want her to take me back, says Ben Ofoedu
VANESSA Feltz's cheating ex has revealed he wants her to take him back as he called the TV star "the queen of my heart".
Singer Ben Ofoedu, 50, has issued a grovelling apology as he admitted that he did cheat on TalkTV host Vanessa.
“I just want it out there, me apologising to her for the pain I’ve caused," Ben said.
"Of course I want to be with her, if she wants me back."
It comes after we told how Vanessa, 60, ended her 16-year engagement with musician Ben Ofoedu, 50, after his lover contacted her daughter on Christmas Day.
She said she was "terribly humiliated" and devastated to learn about Ben's behaviour, which was uncovered due to vile comments left online.

She has yet to allow him to apologise in person after she kicked him out of her £3.5million home.
“I think I’ve got some soul searching to do, of course I hope there’s some reconciliation," he said to .
"I just want to speak to her. I want to sit her down and tell her I’m sorry in person.
"She’s my best friend. We were together for almost 17 years and that’s a lot of time to be with someone.”
“My life was set up,” Ben continued.
“I’d accepted the fact I wouldn’t have biological children. I’d given up that dream to be with Vanessa the rest of my life. She was more important.
“We were a family, I loved her grandchildren. I threw it all away in a moment of madness.”
Vanessa met Ben in 2005, having divorced in 2000 from surgeon Michael Kruer - who she shares daughters Allegra, 37, and Saskia, 34, with — also following claims of cheating.
The agony aunt and broadcaster has defiantly spoken on her TalkTV show and on This Morning, telling fans she’s doing ok.
She said: “It’s now clear that it’s over and I feel that you know once the trust is gone you can’t really get that back.
"I’m pretty disappointed and shocked about those horrible things but also full of resolve because I’m not going to let this defeat me.”
Ben then said Vanessa had hurt him by refusing to get married, and that made him insecure over the years.
He said: “I began to realise about 10 years in that we would never get married.
"Someone not wanting to have your surname. I’m religious and the person you love most of all doesn’t want to validate your love. That hurt.
“The only woman I really love won’t walk down the aisle with me. And now it looks like she had every right to do that. I’ve really gone and messed that up.
“I’m 50, it’s a terrible age to make a mistake.”
Last week, Vanessa returned to her slot on This Morning and asked fans to help her through her heartache in a show first.
Vanessa said: "I am telling myself there is a future, I really want there to be.
"I think the best thing to do is to gather all the things you love, the people you love, and keep them close."
The TV and radio star then turned the tables on viewers and asked them to help her during the phone-in segment.
Asked what the day's topic was, she became tearful and said: "It's about broken hearts really."
She added: "I would love it if people called in and told me how they got over heartbreak.

"I’ll take any advice I can get, from anyone, if anyone wants help I'll be there for them but also if anyone has anything they can tell me.
"I’d be really grateful to recieve it, because I feel like I’m in the eye of the storm, I really do."
