WHAT can't you miss on TV tonight? Our guide to the must-see shows...
NEW! I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!, 9pm, ITV
It’s doubtful there has ever been a celebrity contestant who’s been as avid a fan of I’m A Celebrity as TV Magazine’s cover star, Gogglebox’s Scarlett Moffatt.
She’s been glued to the show since she was 10 years old and now she’s got her dream ticket to be a part of it.
Down to earth, good-hearted and funny, she’s got every chance of following in the footsteps of the likes of Stacey Solomon and Geordie Shore’s Vicky Pattison, who were deservedly crowned jungle queens.
She has no fear of snakes, but she tells us she’s claustrophobic, will cry a lot in the challenges and may even struggle on the wobbly bridge.
Is that the stuff that winners are made of or could we have another Natalie Appleton on our hands?
Meanwhile, expect the usual epic banter from hosts Ant and Dec, that awkward first celeb meet-and-greet where everyone pretends to know who everyone else is, then the heart-stopping journey into the jungle.
NEW! My Mother And Other Strangers, 9pm, BBC One
This new series delivers the perfect blend of light and shade worthy of a Sunday-night drama.
Set in a Northern Irish community during World War II, it focuses on Rose Coyne (Hattie Morahan) and her family, who are thrown into disarray when a United States Army Air Force base is built in their midst…
Planet Earth II, 8pm, BBC One
Mountains are the subject of this typically stunning episode, with highlights including young Nubian
ibex bounding along sheer cliff faces on the Arabian Peninsula, grizzly bears scratching themselves on trees in the Rockies, and flamingos on parade in the High Andes – just like a Disney cartoon.
Totally enchanting, as always – you’ll be blown away.
NEW! Last Heroes of The Somme 7pm C4
We think of the Battle of the Somme as one of the bloodiest tragedies of World War I, but a final push from British forces on 13 November 1916 proved a real turning point.
Relatives of forgotten heroes, such as tank gunner Joe Miles, pay an emotional visit to the battlefield in this poignant programme. A tear-jerker.
