Ola and James Jordan reveal daughter Ella’s health struggle as they go for medical tests

OLA and James Jordan have opened up about their daughter Ella's health struggle.

The couple, who have been together since 1999, welcomed their daughter into the world in February 2020.

Last year three-year-old Ella suffered from a chronic ear infection.

Over the most few months, the youngster has struggled to hear properly, so the pair took her to get some tests done.

Ola, 40, and James, 44, revealed the results in their latest column.

James said: "The test showed her left ear isn't anything to worry about.

"Her right ear definitely has glue ear.

"They don't want to put grommets in at the moment so they're going to check her again in about three months and see how it is."

According to the glue ear is an "empty middle part of the ear canal fills up with fluid".

It comes after they celebrated Ella's third birthday over the weekend.

Ola and James gave a sneak peek of her Frozen-themed bash on social media.

The day featured a whole room dedicated to the Disney hit and the tot had her face painted for the event.

Mum Ola wrote on her page: “So Ella had the most amazing birthday party today with all her friends and family - thank you so much for everyone pulling together to create such an amazing day. Even all the adults loved it.

“Especially @kids_party_finder for organising the whole thing which saved us all the stress…. Nice to work with such professionals. And also a big shout out to the amazing Josh who helped with the video.”

Earlier this month James came under fire from furious fans after sharing a postpartum picture of wife Ola.

The former Strictly star said Ola is now "half the woman she was" after her staggering three-and-a-half stone weight loss.

The couple meet in the late 90s at a dance competition in Blackpool and tied the knot in 2003.

James starred on Strictly Come Dancing as a professional dancer between 2006 and 2013.

Meanwhile Ola appeared on the BBC show between 2006 and 2015.
