Nicole Scherzinger gets carried away as she dances and cheers on her X Factor acts during rehearsals

NICOLE Scherzinger proved she is fully involved in her X Factor acts rehearsals as she got on stage to show Ryan Lawrie and Matt Terry how it's done ahead of Disco week.

The passionate X Factor judge was seen suggesting how Ryan should perform Wild Child "Play that Funky Music".

Nicole, 38, looked stylish as ever in high-waisted denim flares which she teamed with a white top and nude heels.

Her locks were styled in loose curls while she wore flawlessly applied make-up.

The former Pussycat Doll  singer was later seen swaying her hips as she advised Matt about his upcoming performance of Best of my love by The Emotions.

Nicole will be hoping that her boys are able to impress the nation and continue on in the ITV competition.

Last week Matt's celebration at making through the show left Simon Cowell in shock as

he lifted his mentor off her feet - leaving her straddling him mid-air.

A delighted Matt could barely contain his excitement as he rushed to embrace Nicole, before lifting her up and chucking her in the air in a tight hug.

's face, and it spoke a thousand words - as he stared wide-eyed at the moment.

Unphased, Matt quickly ran to celebrate with his fellow stars - with Four of Diamonds, Sam Lavery and Saara Aalto then facing the public vote in the bottom three.

There are currently six acts remaining in the competition.
