Gemma Collins reunites with I’m A Celeb star – saying she has ‘saved her life’
GEMMA Collins has branded a fellow reality TV star a "life saver" amid her three stone weight loss.
The TOWIE legend, 42, has focused on her wellbeing of late, showing off a slimmer figure in a series of bikini pictures posted to Instagram.
Now Gemma has revealed that You Are What You Eat anchor Gillian McKeith, 63, - with whom she starred on Celebrity Big Brother in 2016 - has been lending a helping hand.
Gillian and Gemma have both been renowned for their lively I'm A Celebrity stints in the ITV jungle, with the nutritionist starring in series 10 and the GC's short-lived experience four seasons later.
Gemma has now told how it has taken "seven weeks" to recover from a particularly tricky bout of long Covid.
Opening up on the advice of her pal, she told New Magazine: "She's been a life-saver.

"I met her last week and she said to me 'you've got to take Zinc and Vitamin C.
"She's got all the tips."
Back in 2019, Gillian was quick to praise Gemma's diet plans as she embarked on her weight loss mission for a healthier life.
Gemma had posted an Instagram picture showing a delicious bowl of fruit and the caption: "Health is wealth."

Her celebrity mate responded with the word: "Wow!" and a host of high five Emoji icons.
Gemma then replied back: "Alright Gillian."
The telly favourite recently told how she adopted the intermittent fasting method to slim down.
Gillian appeared on I'm A Celebrity in 2010 - and she became infamous for her constant "fainting".
She famously keeled over before a live Bushtucker trial - and many fans were convinced she was faking it.
At the time, Happy Mondays singer Shaun Ryder joked: “If that was real, so are my teeth. We get 12 meals and Gillian gets an Academy Award.”
Meanwhile, she met Gemma six years later while starring on Celebrity Big Brother.
She stunned her housemates by demanding their poo samples to analyse.
Since then, the pair have become close pals, with Gillian even being invited to Gemma's birthday parties.
