Scotty T insists he is not leaving Geordie Shore amid rumours he is on the verge of being axed from the hit show over his bad boy behaviour
Reality regular insists gossip about him being fired is way off the mark
GEORDIE Shore star Scotty T has dismissed rumours that MTV bosses are on the verge of firing him over his wild antics.
The reality regular has been facing increased speculation that his future on the show is in doubt, but Scotty is adamant he is here to stay.
Scotty has spoken out to assure fans that rumours of an imminent sacking are not true.
The TV hunk has explained that his absence from the new series was pre-arranged due to a wedding and viewers can expect to see a lot more of him in Geordie Shore soon.
He told the Daily Star Sunday: "I am not leaving or getting axed, I never was.

"I don’t know what that’s about. It’s people talking s**t. Someone trying to make s*** up.
"I’ll miss the new series because I’m going on holiday for a wedding, not because I’m in trouble"
He has also missed episodes of the show due to an injury as he had to leave the show's house in Greece and fly back to Newcastle.
Scotty needed an operation on his elbow back in Britain, but was determined not to let the injury slow him down.
It comes after his castmate Marnie Simpson suggested that Scotty T needs to calm his wild ways, but the Lothario is adamant he's done nothing wrong.
He added: "Marnie is just talking s**t because she’s p**sed off with me. She needs to do one."
Scotty recently admitted he has settled down with girlfriend Francesca Toole, but fears the romance may crumble when he gets back to filming Geordie Shore.
When asked if he has finally settled down, he told : “Well… yeah… I am settled down, yeah… for now.”
Scotty went on to reveal Francesca has no interest in joining Geordie Shore once the new series starts filming and wants nothing to do with the show.
The Geordie Lothario admits he may struggle to keep the romance alive once he gets back to work.
He added: “I am loved up but I’ll be going back to filming soon so it just depends because she doesn’t want anything to do with the show.
