What time is Tricks of the Restaurant Trade on Channel 4 tonight?

The third series of Tricks of the Restaurant Trade starts again tonight on Channel 4 at 8.30pm.

It's not certain how long the programmes there will be but if series one and two are anything to go by, there will probably be three or four episodes in store.

Who are the presenters?

The first series of the show starred Kate Quilton, an English TV presenter and journalist. Kate has appeared in a variety of food shows including, Channel 4's Food Unwrapped.

Alongside her is the English chef Simon Rimmer, he's best known for the BBC Two programme Something for the Weekend and more recently Sunday Brunch - both of which he presented with his co-host Tim Lovejoy.

What is the show about?

Tricks of the Restaurant Trade is aimed to help the public make sure they're getting the best possible service and value when they dine out.

There are now over 250,000 places to eat in the UK and they're all competing for our custom so Kate, Simon and Adam travel across the country to lift the lid on the tactics restaurants use.

They also look to expose the methods that might be employed by a variety of expensive and cheaper eateries and tell you how to make sure you don't fall for any ploys.
