AN EIGHTIES pop star has been spotted looking unrecognisable 35 years after his smash hit song and rise to fame.
The American singer has since swapped out his life in the spotlight for a very different career path after becoming a headteacher.
Glenn Medieros rose to fame back in 1987 with his first ever release, a cover of George Benson's Nothing's Gonna Change My Love For You.
The song quickly became a chart topper, with the then 16-year-old releasing an album after gracing the Billboard Hot 100.
Glenn, now 52 and a father-of-two, spent a whopping four weeks at the number one spot in the UK Singles Chart in 1988.
He went on to release his second record with Bobby Brown, titled She Ain't Worth It, which peaked at No. 12 in the UK charts.

The singer later recorded music for The Karate Kid Part II and comedy film If Looks Could Kill, before quitting fame for a regular job.
Glenn was known for his curly hair and youthful looks back in the 1980s, and he now looks very different as head teacher of Hawaiian school st Louis School in Honolulu.
He now sports much shorter hair and glasses, while keeping his clean-shaven look from his pop star fame.
Glenn, who married wife Tammy in 1996, is dad to son Chord and daughter Lyric, an influencer who posted with her dad on TikTok.

Fans of the singer were left shocked to see him appearing unrecognisable in the now viral clip, which sees Lyric joking he was "amazed" her followers remembered his hit song.
"When I first started TikTok, my dad was amazed at how many of you remembered his songs from the 80s," Lyric wrote.
She sat beside her dad, who was suited up and wearing a bright green shirt while sitting in an airport together.
Glenn's fans rushed to the comments section, as they begged for him to make a return to his music career.
"I used to have a poster of him, and have closed door moments with him, so funny to see him again," one fan penned.
Another chimed in: "He was the reason my high school prom was THE night," while a third added: "No way! His song is still on my playlist!"
"We need to hear him sing again!" a fourth said, while a fifth chimed in: "The track he did with Bobby in 1990 was FIRE."
