I’m a Celebrity’s Vicky Pattison tears up as BFF Alex Cannon sends her gushing birthday message on Extra Camp
Star celebrated her 29th birthday on Tuesday nights show live in Australia
VICKY Pattison was left close to tears after receiving a birthday message from her BFF Alex Cannon.
The former Geordie Shore star celebrated her 29th birthday in Australia during Tuesday night's edition of I'm a Celebrity Extra Camp, and at the end of the show, her co-hosts presented a series of video messages from her loved ones back home.
As well as receiving humorous clips from the likes of Keith Lemon and Rylan Clark-Neal, Vicky was left gobsmacked when her best friend and former Big Brother star popped up on screen.
Alex couldn't help but gush about his BFF, saying: "Happy birthday to my best friend, my partner in crime, my spirit animal, Vicky Pattison."
The pair have been close for months, and fans are keen for them to become a couple, especially after Vicky shared a cute snap of them together before jetting down under, with Alex nuzzling her ear as they cuddled.
She wrote next to it: “That moment when you don’t think you couldn’t love someone anymore and then they do something so loyal, genuine and kind and they do it instinctively and unprompted… That is a special moment!”
While Vicky was chuffed to see the hunk appear on screen, she also got emotional at the sight of her sister Laura and mum Carol.

She said: "Happy birthday, hope you’re having a lovely time in Australia, can’t wait to celebrate with you very soon."
She said: "A massive happy birthday from me, I’m gutted I’m not going to be celebrating with you in person."
She also got a surprise clip from former Ex on the Beach star and pal Rogan O'Connor, who is on tour with the Dreamboys, who crashed the shot in their scantily clad ensembles.
Vicky got to see plenty of flesh in person too, as co-host Stacey Solomon introduced a hunky naked butler who delivered her birthday cake.
As the star gave him a hug, she realised he was naked underneath his apron, as his bare bum flashed on camera with the words Extra Camp on each cheek.
