I’m A Celebrity’s Scarlett Moffatt gags uncontrollably as she takes part in first disgusting Bushtucker eating trial with Carol Vorderman
The TV stars were voted by the public to take part in the dreaded challenge
SCARLETT Moffatt and Carol Vorderman took part in the first gruesome I'm A Celebrity Bushtucker eating trial.
The TV stars were voted by the public to undertake the much-dreaded challenge.
Speaking about being chosen, Scarlett said: "I don’t know why but when I woke up this morning, I had like a Mystic Meg moment and I just knew that I would be doing the Bushtucker Trial. I just knew."
She was worried about what the eating task could entail, and said: "It might be an anus muffin or sommat."
But the Gogglebox star admitted that if there was a bit of garnish on the side, she'd be fine: "I love a bit of garnish."
Scarlett added of the challenge: "One of my favourite foods is doner meat and that’s a doner, it isn’t even like a real animal. I don’t know what I’m eating when I that so I think I’ll be fine on this Trial."
Carol tried to devise a strategy, and said: "We’ve got to imagine we’ve been walking through the desert for days and we’re really starving and we’ll eat anything."
She then added in the Bush Telegraph: "How bad can it be? Get it down you. Do you have to swallow?”
Despite insisting that she would be fine, seeds of doubt seemed to set in Scarlett's mind: "I’m really going to struggle. I’m just really gaggy in general. I don’t know how I’m going to handle it."
Carol admitted: "I promised my mum that I wouldn’t eat anything rude if I got this Trial."
Scarlett responds: "Tell her to go and make a cup of tea."

Later the pair head down to the Bushtucker Trial and to be greeted by Ant and Dec.
After being asked why they think the public voted them to do the trial, Scarlett responded: "I’m hoping because they think I’m going to smash it and get ten stars but it probably isn’t the reason I’m thinking."
Ant and Dec then introduced the I'm A Celebrity Big Bush Bake Off, and Dec can't resist quipping: "Now there’s not a soggy bottom in site … yet."
The hosts then explained that for every round they complete, they win a star.
They revealed that the dishes were prepared by camp chef Scarey Berry, which include chocolate nip cookies (camel nipples); French knackeroons (turkey testicles); Bum-offee Pie (cow anus) and Sicktoria sponge (vomit fruit).
