'NEGATIVE THOUGHTS'

Robbie Williams reveals fears over Netflix docuseries about his life

ROBBIE WILLIAMS has admitted he’s terrified his Netflix docuseries will be a flop.

The four-part show was announced last year, but he said he is now panicking because he fears producers will have nothing to fill the episodes with.

Robbie Williams has opened up about impostor syndrome fears about his streaming show

The Rock DJ singer said of his streaming show: “We haven’t started shooting yet, but it’s supposed to be four episodes – four hours of airtime.

“When it was first discussed, I thought, ‘I don’t deserve this’ and second, ‘It’s going to be s**t’. That’s how I think.

“When I think about the documentary, I wonder how they plan to fill four hours. That’s not going to work.”

Speaking in Germany, Robbie added: “Negative thoughts are always on my mind.

“I really hope that in the end I will think again that I was completely wrong.”

As well as that, his biopic Better Man is just around the corner, as is the Take That biopic, which he will also be portrayed in.

Greatest Days, which will follow the story of Robbie and bandmates Gary Barlow, Mark Owen, Jason Orange and Howard Donald, will be released on June 16.

Robbie’s Better Man is scheduled for the end of the year and I have no doubt there will be a bit of friendly rivalry over who fares best at the box office.

Lew vibe channels Prince

LEWIS Capaldi has revealed he channelled an unlikely superstar when making a track on his new album – Prince.

Speaking about the record, Broken By Desire To Be Heavenly Sent, out next month, he said: “There’s definitely some curveballs for sure.

“There’s one song I did with Max Martin and his team. . . I say this tentatively as I’m aware of the music I make and who I’m comparing it to, but it’s a Prince sort of vibe.

“I’m not saying it’s anywhere near as good as that. I’ll say it’s a cheap knock-off. But for me it’s a big departure.”

During an interview on the Pop Shop podcast, Lewis also spoke about the benefits of being pals with Niall Horan.

He explained: “He’s been amazing just for general day-to-day stuff.”

Sober Lily has new joy in life

LILY Allen has admitted she is unsure if she would even be alive had she not got sober four years ago.

The Smile singer, who wed Stranger Things star David Harbour in 2020, told Glamour mag: “Sobriety has just changed my life immeasurably.

Lily Allen speaks on how much her life has changed since she got sober

“I don’t think I’d be married to my husband.

“I don’t think that my kids would be thriving in the way that they are.

“I don’t think that I’d have gone into finding acting.

“I definitely wouldn’t be getting as much sleep. I go to the gym four times a week.

“Pretty much every aspect of my life has changed as a result of my sobriety.”

TONY Hadley sang Gold with Spandau Ballet and now he has his eye on a Golden Globe.

The singer wants to take up acting and thinks he can make it in Tinseltown.

Speaking in the May 2023 issue of Retropop mag, which is out now, he said: “I’d love to do a Hollywood film – and that’s something that might happen this year.

“There are scripts that I’ve been offered, that I’m looking at and thinking, ‘Wow, do I do this?’

“I did Billy Flynn in Chicago in the West End for three months, but being on film is another thing altogether.”

But there is one major hurdle to beat. Tony added: “I hate myself on camera.

“I never look back at old pictures or videos – I can’t think of anything worse.”

ROMEO BAGS A BEAUTY

SHE’S still a mere youngster but model Mia Regan is already proving to be a hotshot on the fashion scene.

The Brit, who rekindled her romance with David and Victoria Beckham’s middle son Romeo late last year, posed in this blue outfit in a high-profile campaign for luxury brand Fendi.

She shared the photo on Instagram, where it was liked by almost 10,000 people, and wrote: “Get someone who looks at you like how I look at my Fendi bag.”

Clearly a fan of the snap, Romeo commented: “Shheeeesh, who dat – she kinda fine.”

The pair had been together for three years before splitting in February last year when he moved to Miami for his football career.

But they got back together when he returned and I told this week how they are now living together in London.

THIS week Lady Gaga wrapped filming on Joker: Folie A Deux.

And I’m happy to report she hasn’t recreated Joaquin Phoenix’s infamous Joker dance to Gary Glitter’s Rock And Roll Part 2 for the sequel.

Instead, the Bad Romance singer will perform an almost identical routine on the same New York city steps in The Bronx, but this time to Judy Garland’s 1960 hit That’s Entertainment!

Warner Bros were slammed for including the jailed sex offender’s track in the 2019 film.

At the time the shamed singer was in prison, sparking outrage that he would likely would receive royalties for the song’s use.

Gaga plays Harley Quinn, the role previously held by Aussie beauty Margot Robbie.

Warner Bros should have never used Glitter’s track so I’m pleased Gaga isn’t repeating the error.

SWEDISH singer-songwriter LOREEN is playing a warm-up show in London before she goes to Liverpool to try to win Eurovision for a second time.

The star, who triumphed in 2012 with Euphoria, will perform at Heaven nightclub on April 17, where she will sing her 2023 entry Tattoo – the front-runner to win this year’s contest.

MILEY Cyrus’s little sister has gone back to her country roots. This morning Noah dropped new track Everybody Needs Someone.

The song also features Aussie singer Vance Joy.

It must be hard having one of pop’s biggest stars as your sister, but talent runs deep in the Cyrus family.
