Vicky Pattison breaks down in tears as she shares major update after trip to fertility clinic
VICKY Pattison broke down in tears today after receiving an update from her fertility clinic.
The former reality star, 35, began the process of freezing her eggs last year in a bid to preserve her fertility until fiancé Ercan Ramadan was ready to have children.
In January of this year, she shared her heartache after being told an ovarian cyst meant she had to pause her parenting journey.
Today, Vicky revealed the hormone treatment will resume immediately after discovering the cyst has disappeared.
Vicky wrote on Instagram: "For those of you who've been following my egg freezing journey, you'll know that at the start of the year we had a bit of a set back in the form of an ovarian cyst. Meaning we couldn't move forward with the process until it was gone.
"And then, at today's scan we found out that the cyst had gone and we are finally able to take our next steps to becoming parents one day.

"I've been feeling absolutely every single emotion over the last couple of days and as you can imagine when I got the good news I was completely over the moon but now all the nerves and anxiety that I was running on have left my body... I'm just knackered."
The overwhelmed celeb said she and Ercan weren't going to waste anymore time and planned to push on with the programme as soon as possible.
She continued: "We're literally starting straight away and I'll do my best to be as honest and open as I can be with you all - but please bear with me - I don't know how this next couple of weeks will affect me and at times I might find it all a bit overwhelming."
In January, Vicky explained how her cyst was interfering with the fertility process.
She said: "As the injections I would have to administer as part of my fertility treatment are predominantly oestrogen - rather than stimulating the ovary follicles which is what we want to happen - it would end up instead predominantly feeding the cyst and treatment would be wasted."
The bad news left her in floods of tears and feeling "drained", which she was told was a common reaction.
In the spirit of female solidarity, she surmised: "I want more women to know that it isn't easy for lots of us... and you're not alone. No matter how it may feel.
"I've made my peace with this today - I'm going back to work, I'm going to focus on other things and I will try again next month."
Previously, Vicky exclusively told The Sun how she and Ercan had therapy to save their relationship.
She also told how she was freezing her eggs "to take the pressure off" her relationship with Ercan.
