THIS MORNING viewers have sent their best wishes to a suicidal teenager, whose desperate mother called into the show on Monday.
Presenters Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield showed a table piled with letters and explained how people had been sending in Christmas cards for the bullied teenager.
The mother explained she was struggling to find a way to improve the situation with her child suffering from panic attacks whenever he left their home.
She said: "I’ve moved all my tablets, I’ve taken his dressing gown cord away – I’m just terrified."
Updating viewers of the ITV show, Phil explained: "Since then our Facebook page has been flooded with messages, including your kind offer of sending Christmas cards to let him know that he's not suffering alone and these are just a few that we've received."
