Katie Price reveals marathon plans as she vows to overcome pain of broken feet after horror fall

KATIE Price has vowed to take part in the London Marathon despite suffering a horror fall in 2020 which left her unable to walk.

However, due to her injuries she says the  only way it could be possible is if she wears specially adapted air boots.

Katie Price, 44, told The Sun: "I really want to run the London Marathon again but because of my injuries I can’t.

"I have said to my surgeon that I really want to run again and to see if I can run in air boots.

"There is no way I am not doing the marathon again.

"It is soul destroying not to be able to run anymore.  My injuries were horrific."

Katie added: "I find it hard to walk in heels now and can’t run at all but If there is anyway I can run in air-boots one day I will.

"I don’t know how I will do it but I will."

The glamour model and businesswoman was on holiday with her boyfriend Carl Woods in Turkey when she jumped off a wall while visiting a theme park alongside children Junior and Princess.

Landing wrong, Katie was left in excruciating pain before being rushed to hospital and told she had broken both of her feet and ankles.

She was left wheelchair bound and forced to rely on her car salesman partner to get around her home.

Katie previously told The Sun how she would "never be the same".

Katie said: "I will never be the same... I've got a limp when I walk now as one leg is longer than the other because of all the metal in the foot — I waddle like a duck.

"It does make me feel a bit paranoid. I'm registered disabled and have got letters from the doctors to certify me for a blue badge, which I've sent off for."

Katie last attempted the London marathon in 2018  - though failed to make it round the 42km course.

Wearing a giant set of pink lungs as if they were wings, Katie called it quits between the 10km and 15km mark of the race.

She previously completed the marathon in 2009 alongside then husband Peter Andre just hours after tragically suffering a miscarriage
