MARIAH Carey has finally agreed a settlement in her divorce from Nick Cannon - and as part of the shock new revelations, he gets to keep their Ferrari.
The singer, 46, reportedly declared an income of £5million in 2014 as part of the agreement - while her ex husband's was £2million the same year.
Now, according to , Nick, 36, will have to pay £4000 a month into a trust for their children, five-year-old twins Monrow and Moroccan, while it's claimed Mariah will pay his expenses whenever he visits them.
The settlement also reportedly states that the children should not refer to anyone else as 'Mum', 'Dad', or any similar variation.
While Mariah won't pay extra into the trust fund like her ex, she has handed him their 2012 Ferrari, the site claims.
The couple split up in August 2014 - six years after they tied the knot.
However, they have remained amicable, and are regularly snapped on outings with their kids.
Mariah recently got engaged to billionaire James Packer, but it crumbled shortly after before they had time to marry.

A source recently told that Mariah is feeling down following her split from James, adding: "First the split didn't seem to faze Mariah. It was like she expected things to be fine soon. Now she realises that things aren't fine and not being with James makes her depressed."
Instead of letting it get her down in recent weeks however, the star has been sharing happy family snaps on Instagram, as well as promoting her make-up line.
Sharing her prep for Christmas, the star posed happily with her twins in front of some Christmas lights just days ago, putting her romance woes aside.
