‘SHE’S STILL DRUNK’
Little Mix’s Jesy Nelson appears on Sunday Brunch without engagement ring following a boozy night out
JESY Nelson had fans asking if she was still drunk during Little Mix’s appearance on Sunday Brunch in which she failed to once again wear the engagement ring that Jake Roche gave her.
The singer hasn’t been seen wearing her diamond ring for almost two weeks, and during her stint on the cookery show was wearing the same chunky silver ring on her wedding finger that she was spotted wearing on Saturday.

However rather than asking where her engagement rock was, fans were more distracted by the fact that the 26-year-old appeared to still be drunk from the night before.
Revealing that she’s been partying with bandmate Perrie Edwards, Jesy said: "I feel right as rain to be fair. Yeah we had a little tipple didn’t we Pez?”
However signs that she may have had more than a “little tipple” began to show when Jesy couldn’t quite recollect whether she had eaten.

“Did we eat?” she wondered on the morning show. “Oh we did we had a McDonald’s a 4 O’clock in the morning, not good for the diet, but needed.
“We had a little boogie, a little drink, it was wonderful.”
Despite denying she was hungover and “actually quite good”, she went on to completely fail at cutting a baguette and ended up slicing it in two, meaning bandmate Jade Thirlwall had to take over.
When host Tim Lovejoy teased that she was still drunk, Jesy exclaimed: “No! Would you stop that already!”

However, viewers didn’t believe she was sober yet.
One said: “Watching Sunday Brunch & realising Jesy is all of us after a night out,” and another added: “Is @LittleMix__Jesy still drunk? she's bloody hilarious!! #SundayBrunch #littlemix”
One recommended that Jesy shouldn’t partake in an alcohol segment: “Are you doing Drinky-poos on @SundayBrunchC4 today ? I think Jesy Nelson needs to sit this one out. #SundayBrunch”
While others didn’t see the funny side, tweeting: “Painful TV #SundayBrunch would have been brave and sensible to cancel #LittleMix rather than let them embarrass themselves drunk! Pathetic”
During her appearance she didn’t mention her relationship status with Rixton’s Jake.
Despite unfollowing him on Instagram and being spotted without her ring, Jesy told The Idolator they are still planning for a wedding.
When asked if she gets annoyed when people ask if they’ve arranged a date to wed, Jesy said: “It’s funny, because when my fiancé proposed to me, he’d never done it like, ‘We’re getting married tomorrow.’ He felt like when he called me his girlfriend, it wasn’t enough.
“He felt like it really undermined our relationship, and he loved the fact that – I don’t know, he loved the fact that he can say I’m his fiancée instead of just girlfriend, and I love that. I think it’s really sweet.”

She continued that they have travel plans before they tie the knot.
“We’re in no rush. We want to travel the world together.
“There’s so much we want to do together and at the moment we’re focused on our own careers so there just isn’t time. We’re literally in no rush.
“I think when we know, we’ll know, and we’ll do it, and [it will] probably be really intimate, hardly any people there. We’re very much in love, and we’ll do it when we feel the time is right.”
