GEMMA Atkinson has hit back at mum shamers after opening up about her biggest fear for her daughter Mia and her unborn son.
The TV presenter is currently expecting her second child with partner Gorka Marquez.
Gemma, 38, opened up about her concerns for both of her children on an Instagram post.
The Strictly finalist shared a post that showed a young girl kickboxing with a trainer that had the caption: "I want my daughter to be kind. But I also want her to know that she can throat punch someone if she needs to."
She also shared two accompanying snaps of her impressive workouts with the caption: "If not, mum will do it for you".
The star continued: "On a serious note it genuinely is one of my fears for both Mia and little man. So many stories of bullying & gangs & violence.

But it appeared that this particular post irked a critical social media user, who penned under the pictures: “And if she picks on boys and gets her face punched in? Will you still agree with them? 😂."
The expecting mum snapped back and wrote: "She won't pick on anyone. That's the point."
