The blasted through the trial with the emotional support of her co-host Chris Ramsey, who was left gobsmacked at her perseverance even when she nearly fell in a tub full of guts.
As she dove straight into a tub of rotting vegetables, Chris gagged as he announced: "Christ on a bike it stinks!" before telling Vicky "You are the hardest lass I have ever met in my life!"
Quick on her feet, Vicky then announced the stench "smelt like her flat at uni" but pushed through the crawlspace of lard, into the feathers and molasses and fought crabs and worms in order to get twelve stars.
When she emerged victorious, she chased after Chris for a hug who recoiled in horror and pegged it.
She then did a victory dance and told the camera: "In your face main camp! YES!"
Meanwhile Emmerdale star Adam Thomas - who was voted to do the trial in a public vote - managed to win a respectable eleven stars in the trial as he faced his fears and went up against spiders to earn food for the camp.
Viewers at home labelled the trial 'comedy gold' as the squeamish star screamed and grunted through the grisly trial, with the 28-year-old diving head first in to vats of creepy crawlies, slime and other unspeakable horrors as part of the Food Factory challenge.
He then faced a tray of rats – but was so rough with them in his bid to grab another star that the Geordie duo had to remind him to be “nice and gentle” with the innocent creatures.
In the final tub he came face to face with some palm-sized spiders – and screamed with absolute terror.
His reaction had viewers in absolute stitches, one tweeted: “This is comedy gold”
Another said: “Oh my god I’m laughing so hard”
With another saying: “Adam cracks me up”
Before the trail Ant and Dec explained what Adam was in for saying: “It’s the factory floor from hell where they make nothing but misery.
“You’ll wish you’d never clocked on for a shift at the Bushtucker Food Factory.”
The soap star was visibly worried when the results were revealed and he said: “I’m going to be horrific at this.”
