DAVID Beckham managed to net a £10million mortgage for a Miami penthouse, it has emerged.
The monthly repayments top £40,000 — with taxes taking the total cost to £47,795.
Ex-England skipper Becks, 48, bought the £17.15million pad on the 59th floor of One Thousand Museum through his firm Beckham Brand Ltd when he was setting up Inter Miami football club.
It has Miami’s first private helipad, five bedrooms, floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies overlooking the sea.
He and Victoria, 49, also have access to the tower’s double-level gym and spa, infinity pool and hair and beauty complex.
The home — bought three years ago and now valued at £22.6million — is just part of the couple’s £70million-plus international property portfolio.
