Nicole Scherzinger sweetens Matt Terry’s X Factor rehearsals with a large helping of pie
Well that’s one way to motivate Matt to hit the high notes
NICOLE Scherzinger certainly knows the way to Matt Terry’s heart as the X Factor judge sweetened his X Factor rehearsals with some pumpkin pie.
As the Hawaii-born 38-year-old celebrated Thanksgiving yesterday, she treated Matt to some American style pumpkin pie as he took a break from practising this week’s performance.
The pair who have grown close over the months shared a hug, as the 23-year-old is now the only remaining contestant in Nicole’s boys category on the ITV show.
Matt is favourite to win the show, but could be in for some stiff competition from controversial rapper Honey G, however Nicole admitted to The Sun Online that she’s uncertain as to how much further the North West Londoner can go.
“I don’t know how much longer Honey G is going to be in this competition. I’m not the one voting for her, the people are,” she said.
“I don’t think she’s going to win the show.
“She’s only going to get so far as she can take herself and as much as she keeps connecting with the audience.”
Last Saturday Nicole was reduced to tears by Matt when he sang Sam Smith’s Writing’s on the Wall.
Nicole at first tried to keep her emotions in check, saying: “I don’t want to cry. No, I’m fine! I got balls of steel!”
But tears were visible on her cheeks and her voice broke as she continued: “It’s what we’re all here for Matt, it’s what we’re all here for. To be moved, to feel something.
“Baby though you look so expensive, what you have, you cannot buy. So classy. It’s like you’re priceless, what you have, I adore you.
“I know what this song means to you and you took me there with you.”
