Emmerdale spoilers: Finn Barton to find love with man he rescued from devastating car crash horror
The troubled character is set to get a shining light after saving Kasim from the iconic car crash
THINGS are looking up for Finn Barton on Emmerdale next week after he finds love with car crash survivor Kasim.
Finn has been developing feelings for Kasim after saving him from the epic car crash caused by Emma Barton last month - making sure he's OK by frequently visiting him in hospital.
However, after discovering that Kasim was transferred to another hospital and has been discharged after a miracle recovery, it appears that he is never too see the handsome young fellow ever again.
But Kasim proves this week to have a curiosity of his own - and arrives in the village to personally thank Finn for saving his life after reading about him in a local pair.
When they finally both meet consciously for the first time, their connection is electric.
Has some good come out of the killer car wreck that claimed the life of Finn's dad James Barton?

Joe Gill, who plays the troubled Finn, revealed: "Nobody is really there for Finn [after his dad's death]. The person who used to be there for him the most was his dad.
"So I think the connection that Finn feels with Kasim is very strong. When Kasim was in a coma, he unloaded all of his thoughts onto him.
"Even though Kasim might not have been able to hear him, Finn feels a bond towards him and thinks he's the only person he can confide in."
However, Finn is yet to reveal to his new beau that he even visited him in the hospital for fear of scaring Kasim away.
This makes it awkward when Kasim discovers that Finn had come to see him while he was in a coma.
Joe added: "Through the three years I've been here at Emmerdale, Finn has never been lucky in love.
So when the producer Iain MacLeod told me this was what he was planning, I was hoping it would at least go right for a few months!"
The star also joked that Ethan Kai, who plays Kasim, has had an easy ride as the new boy after playing a coma patient for the past months!
Catch Emmerdale weeknights at 7pm on ITV1.
