Adele reveals she’s suffering from painful skin condition as she returns to Vegas shows
ADELE has revealed that performing on stage has given her a painful skin condition.
The superstar spoke about how she sweated so heavily in her Spanx body-shaping underwear that she suffered acne around her midriff.
The Londoner admitted that she suffered from "jock itch", which is a skin infection of the groin area, affecting the upper part of the thighs, buttocks and lower parts of the abdomen

Speaking on stage during her return to her residency at Ceasar's Palace in Las Vegas on Friday night, Adele said: "Do you know what my doctor gave me? It is a bit crude but I never knew it existed.

"And I sweat a lot and it doesn't go anywhere. So basically I just sit in my own sweat. And my doctor gave me Jock Itch [cream]."
Making a joke about Denver Nuggets's NBA Championship-winning star player Nikola Jokić, which is pronounced the same way, she added: "Sounds like I am a big Nuggets fan there doesn't it? Jock Itch that is what it is called right?"
The condition often affects athletes who sweat a lot.
Adele added: “So it looks like I am an athlete so I have to squirt it on myself. I don't know why the f*** I just told you that.”

"All week I had just been buzzing and right then I was stood right there (behind the curtain) and I s*** myself," she told fans.
"We had a very long break and I am gassed to be back. I was bored out of my brains.
"Somehow I missed you. It is a lovely change. I genuinely love doing these shows and it is the highlight of my week. I was desperate to get back. It is a whole new meaning."

"Another time I did all-nighter, which I am too old to do that now. I went to bed at 9am. And I can't do that anymore. It is fun to go out on a big one. But never again. I like to be in bed by 9 o'clock - 9 PM and not AM."

"Now I get my nails done all the time so I do not play acoustic guitar. At the end of my first album I was able to get my fake nails put on. So that is why on 21 I didn't really play guitar.
"I think nails are better than acoustic guitar."
She added of her upset at not being able to see Beyonce perform at White Hart Lane.
"Can you believe she had shows in my hometown in Tottenham and I could not go.'
