Kate Moss to star in the new video for Elvis Presley’s The Wonder of You as late singer overtakes Madonna to become most successful solo artist ever

KATE MOSS has spent years trying to become a rock star.
And now, finally, she’s about to fill in for the most legendary of them all by starring in a big budget music video.
I can reveal the model takes the lead role in the new promo for ELVIS PRESLEY’s No1 album The Wonder Of You.
This week she secretly filmed scenes at the iconic Abbey Road Studios in London for the new video which is set to be released next month.
A source said: “Kate is a huge Elvis fan and the opportunity was simply too good to turn down.
“She was joined at Abbey Road by a choreographer, stylist and personal hairdresser so her look is going to be special.
“Representing Elvis in an official video is something only dreams are made of for Kate.”
The Wonder Of You, featuring the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, made chart history last month by becoming The King’s record 13th No1 album in the UK.
He overtook MADONNA to become the most successful solo artist ever having been level pegging on 12 each.
The album was recorded at Abbey Road Studios so it was the obvious place to film the video.
The promo will help give the album an extra push in the Christmas sales market and potentially another return to top spot.
Elvis-obsessive Kate has dated a number of rockers since she became one of the world’s most famous supermodels in her late teens.
Her music romances have included SPACEHOG’S ANTHONY LANGDON, LENNY KRAVITZ, PETE DOHERTY and her former husband JAMIE HINCE of THE KILLS.
