Victoria’s Secret models Gigi Hadid, Kendall Jenner and Alessandra Ambrosio start their final preparations just hours before the spectacular fashion show kicks off in Paris

Catwalk stars are getting ready for tonight's huge runway event

THE Victoria's Secret models have started last minute preparations as the countdown begins to tonight's fashion show spectacular.

Beauties including Gigi Hadid, Kendall Jenner and Alessandra Ambrosio are busy getting ready with just hours to go until they hit the runway.

The models have been pictured getting their hair and make-up done ahead of the big show.

They are going to be hard at work with rehearsals this afternoon to make sure they don't put a foot wrong during the televised catwalk extravaganza.

The show kicks of at 7pm at the Grand Palais venue in the French capital.

The group flew from New York to Paris on Sunday so they could spend the next three days in the French capital ahead of the huge event.

Their dress fittings took place in the Big Apple, but the real work began as soon as they touched down in France.

The girls have been promoting the lingerie brands at photo calls, and running around town to various events ahead of the big day.

Jasmine Tookes is the lucky model who has been chosen to walk the runway wearing the VS Fantasy Bra this year.

She posed for pictures with the luxurious garment before she finally gets to put it on.

The models were posing in front of the landmark and even taking selfies.

Several of the girls also larked about in front of the camera, jumping in the air and attempting to 'poke' the tower.

Angels including Gigi and Kendall was spotted leaving their hotel in the run-up to the big show, and the models showed no signs of nerves.

The pals stuck together and looked relaxed and confidant as they appeared to practise their walks.

The friends will both be taking part in the year's biggest underwear fashion event, and fans can't wait to see them strut their stuff on the runway.

Victoria's Secret bosses have been making sure to capitalise on the publicity surrounding the big show by releasing images for their latest perfume campaign shortly before the event.

The brand's latest fragrance is aptly named Paris after the city where the show is taking place, and the pictures star Victoria's Secret Angel Stella Maxwell.

In the sexy shots, she is seen sporting her wings as she poses in her underwear holding the perfume bottle to her lips.
