Mike spent more than eight hours in a specialist clinic while a team painstakingly moved hairs from the back the back of his head.

They then transplanted them to patch up his receding hairline.

The transplant was carried out by leading hair replacement firm KSL Hair.

Mike, who was suspended from the reality show earlier this year, has been mocked for his receding hairline during rows on the program.
