Kerry Katona reveals her exact weight as she celebrates new diet milestone and says she’s ‘not far’ from her goal
KERRY Katona has been working hard on her fitness journey and has told fans she's nearing her goal.
The Atomic Kitten star shared her recent weigh-in, revealing a nearly three-stone weight loss.
Kerry, 42, is now 10 stone and 12lbs and was 13 stone 3lbs when she first started on her regime.
She wrote in the caption: "Monday morning weigh in with @francisdiet omg thank you so much for all your help, guidance and firmness!!
"Not far till the finish line! I was 13’3 9 stone here I come! And my god I feel soooo much happy mentally, and especially physically!! …………..LET THE TROLLING COMMENCE!!!" she joked.
Denise Welch commented: "You looked amazing the other day!!! Proud of you xxx."

One fan wrote: "Bloody fabulous. Any trolling is jealousy. You haven’t lost over night , you’re doing it the right way."
Another added: "Well done sweetheart, all your hard work has been worth it.

Her personal trainer also shared Kerry's story and heaped on the praise: "Let me tell u @kerrykatona7 has a mindset of a demi god."
She was also asked by fans for tips to help with their own weight-loss journey.
Back in May, Kerry was forced to defend herself against any potential trolls by insisting she was feeling amazing after losing the weight so quickly.
The star said she was now able to fit back into her size 12 jeans after an overhaul of her "dieting" plans.
She went on to add that she felt it was important to share with her fans and followers her fitness journey - stressing that by being honest and open about normal bodies, she could help inspire others to overhaul their lifestyles too.
Kerry continued: "Last week I posted a video of myself exercising with no filter on. I felt so vulnerable sharing it, but it’s important to show what real bodies look like."
