Before they played the clip, Eamonn ripped into the former Towie star and told This Morning viewers: “Who would be stupid enough to do this?”

Ferne then put up her hand and said: “Me, it’s me.”

The presenter bravely put herself forward to try out the zip wire – being the second person to ever try it out.

The zip wire – which is 450 metres long and goes across the river Thames – was created by experts from London’s Fire Brigade and is only open on Friday.

Although she screamed at first, it was clear Ferne was really starting to enjoy herself – even putting out her arms in front of her to pretend she was flying.

Afterwards Ferne admitted she was glad she’d given it a go, but how long it’ll be until she does something like this again is anyone’s guess…
