X Factor faces new fix scandal as producer appears to reveal the acts that are safe THREE hours before voting closed
ITV show has been hit by more claims of a fix after picture emerges on Twitter
THE X Factor faces new fix claims after a producer appeared to reveal the two safe acts almost THREE HOURS before the live results show.
Earlier in the programme, which aired from 8pm, host Dermot O'Leary revealed the two acts who had made it straight through to the live final at Wembley Arena next weekend, after the voting lines had closed a few minutes before.
Dermot called boyband 5 After Midnight's name first, closely followed by Finnish singer Saara Aalto, but despite the voting lines remaining open until after the show began, it appears producers may already have known the outcome hours before.
A picture posted on Twitter at 5.30pm showed the show's gallery, complete with sound decks and dozens of video screens capturing every angle of the studio.
But on the table, two pieces of paper can be seen, one with Dermot's script, the other with the running order of the performances from Saturday evening, with each acts face next to it.
But on closer inspection, a number one can be seen next to 5 After Midnight's image, and a large two is next to Saara's name, mirroring the order they were called out in the results show.

Referring to the sad news that Fountain Studios, where the show has been recorded since it began, is to be demolished after Sunday night's show, the producer wrote: "Sad day in tellyland.
"Tonight we'll be the last show to come out of Fountain Studios before it's bulldozed for overpriced flats #RIPFountain"
The X Factor has been dogged by fix claims during its current run, from controversial contestant Honey G surviving the sing off over Ryan Lawrie two weeks ago to Gifty Louise claiming she knew she was going home the evening before she was actually eliminated from the programme.
There has also been problems with the 'lifeline vote' with fans taking to social media last month stating they couldn't use the feature on the app during the show.
Then of course there has been the whole juxebox debacle, after it conveniently selected Fright Night in time for Halloween and left the Christmas week until the first show to air in December this weekend, despite it being stated the themes were selected at random.
However Xtra Factor host Rylan Clark-Neal denied the claims, stating on This Morning producers were desperate to stop it happening.
He said: “It’s not fixed!
“I had executive producer next to me trying to blow it to stop it landing on Fright Night.
“It’s an empty shell, it’s tacky and tatty!
“You could have had fright night the week before the finale.”
The Sun Online has contacted The X Factor for comment on the latest fix claims.
