ED AND BURIED

Ed Sheeran reveals burial chamber at Suffolk mansion as part of private chapel built for his god-fearing celeb pals

IT has been four years in the making but, praise be, ED Sheeran’s private chapel with its own burial chamber is finally finished.

My exclusive photo shows the impressive flint structure complete with a round tower, which has been built in the grounds of his home in East Suffolk.

Ed has added a burial zone, which is the size of a double grave plot, accessed through a slab in the building’s floor

Builders have just put the finishing touches to the “non-denominational” chapel, which has curved walls like a boat and room for a congregation of 24 people.

It features an altar, spiral staircase and even a fire escape, which exits under a fake tomb.

It also has a burial zone, which is the size of a double grave plot, accessed through a slab in the building’s floor. Ed initially failed to get planning permission for the place of worship but had his scaled-down plans approved in 2019.

The Bad Habits singer is worth £300million and said he wanted the chapel so his famous mates could worship when they visit him, without having to go to places in the local area where they could be recognised.

A planning report said: “The applicant has, as his guests and visiting colleagues, people from around the world.

“Many of these people also have high profiles and an associated need for discretion, which would not be met by the local parish church — and the public’s attention may indeed cause disruption to the church.

“Furthermore, they are from many countries, faiths and customs, including for example in the past year the US, Ghana, Nigeria, Asia, Australia. Thus, the applicant seeks to provide both a religious and an ecumenical space in which he, and these different people, can retreat for contemplation or worship in peace and safety from disturbance.”

Ed also has a petting zoo, pub, treehouse, walled garden, football pitch, outdoor kitchen and hot tub on his estate, so he practically never has to leave.

Ciara appears to be wearing her nan’s curtains instead of the chic outfits she was previously known for

CIARA still looks amazing, 19 years after dropping her hit debut album Goodies.

But these days, it looks like she is wearing her nan’s curtains instead of the chic outfits I recall.

Over the years, she’s been the face of Jay-Z’s Rocawear clothing brand, modelled for Dolce & Gabbana and even launched her own fashion house, The House of LR&C – alongside her American football star husband Russell Wilson in 2020.

But this week she was out in Los Angeles to launch LoveShackFancy’s collaboration with Gap in this very dodgy get-up.

She had an oversized jacket and thigh-high boots, in a matching, garish, pattern on for the event.

I will hold my hands up and concede that I’m no fashionista. But this outfit is just giving me a headache.

She Mae be in disguise

Brit Eurovision entrant Mae Muller transformed into 15 different characters for the artwork for her debut album Sorry I’m Late, above

MAE MULLER is making it in music and has the perfect disguises to get around now that she’s becoming a household name.

The UK Eurovision star transformed into 15 different characters for the artwork for her debut album Sorry I’m Late, which is out on September 15, and revealed it took two whole days to complete.

She said: “We had two days to do it and we did all of the looks twice.

“So we did 15 looks one day and 15 looks the second day and we had like 20 minutes to change between each look.”

They represent the different personalities she embodies on the record, on which she shows her vulnerable side.

That includes opening up about a ten-month period of celibacy, which she sings about on Me, Myself & I

She explained: “It started off by accident and then I was like, ‘What if I lean into this and make it a self love thing?’

“Throughout my whole life I’ve got a lot of my validation from men: how they see me and perceive me.

“I didn’t go on any dates for just under a year and not having to rely on that or get validation from that, it made me focused and I felt really sure of myself.

“My standards shot through the roof and the love I had for myself.”

But referring to herself in the third person, she insisted: “She’s out of that era, just want you guys to know.”

Robbie claimed he posted the pic to ‘celebrate the new full moon’

ROBBIE WILLIAMS celebrated the arrival of the supermoon by showing his own.

Never one to miss a chance to strip off – just like in his famous Rock DJ music video – he pulled his pants down for this snap on Instagram. He wrote: “So, the joy of having four kids . . . just illness after illness. I’ve been too ill.

“So to celebrate the new full moon, dear Scorpio, here’s mine.”

Well consider me starstruck.

Australian superstar Kylie Minogue has revealed who she would love to see play her in a biopic

Fellow Aussie Margot Robbie got the thumbs-up from Kylie as her choice for a biopic

KYLIE MINOGUE wants her own biopic, with a fellow Aussie superstar playing her.

Asked about the possibility, the Padam Padam singer said of its casting: “Margot Robbie, in my dreams. She’d have the Australian accent down, that’s for sure.”

The star is just three months away from kicking off a debut residency in Las Vegas and has revealed she is desperate for fans to keep their phone use to a minimum at the gigs.

She explained: “As a performer, you don’t see people reacting the way they used to. Before, they were hands-free and you could really feel the engagement.

“Anyone who knows what it was like pre-modern day, it does take some getting used to.”

Kylie kicks off her run of intimate gigs at The Venetian Resort in November.

Tay’s Swift on release

Taylor released the original version of the 1989, which helped turn her into a pop superstar, back in 2014. She’s now planning her new version

TAYLOR SWIFT is already lining up 1989 (Taylor’s Version) just three weeks after dropping Speak Now (Taylor’s Version).

She released the original version of the album, which helped turn her into a pop superstar, back in 2014.

The Anti-Hero singer has secured the trademark for the reworked record, which is expected to be released later this year.

Taylor has been re-recording her first six albums after music mogul Scooter Braun bought the masters to her back catalogue.

The album includes a number of songs believed to be about superstar Harry Styles including the not-so-subtly titled album track, Style.

Burger me! It’s Aitch

Rapper Aitch handed out fast food treats to promote McDonald’s new McCrispy sandwich

FROM dropping lyrics to flipping burgers – Aitch was “lovin’ it” after putting in a shift at McDonald’s.

The rapper got behind the counter of a pop-up burger van and handed out fast food treats to promote the chain’s new McCrispy sandwich.

The Manchester native was in his home town watching the Lionesses thrash China in the Women’s World Cup – before surprising customers who enjoyed selfies with the star just as much as the food.

BILLIE EILISH’s brother Finneas, who has co-written and produced all her records, has announced his first headline show in the UK.

Tickets will go on sale on dice.fm at 10am tomorrow for his gig at the Electric Ballroom in Camden, North London, on August 30.

 Timothee – no split

Kylie Jenner and Timothee Chalamet, above, have not split, according to pals

TIMOTHEE CHALAMET and Kylie Jenner’s pals have denied the couple have split after seven months.

The unlikely pair got together at the start of the year and despite a report yesterday that they had separated, friends insist they are still going strong.

It comes just days after Kylie’s ex, rapper Travis Scott, who she has two kids with, referenced the actor on his new album Utopia.

On the track, called Meltdown, he raps about Timothee’s new movie project Wonka then says: “Find another flame as hot as me, bitch.”

Dua Lipa is facing legal action from Ghanaian musician Bosko Kante

DUA LIPA is facing a £15million copyright claim over her 2020 hit Levitating.

The Brit star is facing legal action from a Ghanaian musician named Bosko Kante, who is claiming she used a recording made with his talk box – which makes vocal vibrations sound like instruments – without his permission. Dua had been given the go-ahead to use it on the original recording, but not subsequent remixes, including a version featuring Madonna and Missy Elliott.

The Brit and her label are yet to respond and Bosko’s lawyers said he has taken legal action because of their “unwillingness to co-operate or accept responsibility”.
