Kym Marsh reveals why she thinks Cheryl is refusing to confirm she’s pregnant with Liam Payne’s baby
Coronation Street actress says 'pregnancy can be scary'
KYM Marsh has revealed the reason she thinks Cheryl is keeping, er, mum about her pregnancy.
Former X Factor judge Cheryl, 33, sported an unmistakable bump as she stepped out with boyfriend Liam Payne of One Direction last week, but has yet to announce any baby news.
Coronation Street star and mum of three Kym, 40 — who lost a fourth child, son Jamie, moments after he was born 18 weeks early in 2009 — says in this week's issue of magazine: "I know some people think she should just come out and say it, but pregnancy can be scary — take it from someone who knows more than most.
"Perhaps Cheryl hasn’t wanted to shout it from the rooftops and wants to keep it private."
Kym continued: "When you are in the public eye, people want to know about every bit of your life and it’s hard to keep things private.
"I think when Cheryl was pictured looking happy and proud with Liam last week, it was her way of letting people know."
The former Hear'Say singer also discussed the recent engagement of Natasha Hamilton.

The Atomic Kitten singer, 34, announced last week that her boyfriend, Charles Gay, had proposed after an eight-month romance — less than a year after Natasha's split from former fiancé Ritchie Neville.
Kym said of the quick engagement: "[I've] been criticised for moving on too quickly in the past but, like most people, I’ve had long-term relationships that haven’t worked out. You move on whenever feels right for you. I think everyone should follow their heart.
"Sometimes you have to be cautious, but Natasha is in a place where she feels ready to make that commitment, so I think people should leave her be. After all, it’s happy news!"
