The reality star chose a revealing outfit for her night out on the town, but she ended up up kicking off her heels at the end of the evening.
The Ex On The Beach star revealed a peek at her curvy bum and toned thighs thanks to the glittery transparent material which formed her skirt.
The eye-catching detail dazzled in the street lights as she strode through the city alone.
Despite crossing her arms in front of her chest to suggest she was chilly, she opted to go tights-free for her night in the northern city.
The busty tattoo model also went bare-foot at the evening, and was seen pottering along with pavement without any shoes on.
She carried her heels in her hand after seemingly getting fed up of the painful-looking stiletto boots.
Her pedicure perfectly matched to her black gown and the TV star made sure her sultry make-up was spot on.
Jemma, 28, chatted away on her mobile phone after her party night.
She had a huge smile on her face as she gossiped - presumably to take her mind off the freezing temperatures.
Yet having a conversation didn't stop her posing for photographers.
She proved she could multi-task, flashing a cheeky grin to the camera lens while holding the phone to her ear.
Jem then finished her call and glanced behind her.
The body-confident star isn't afraid of showing off her stunning figure on social media.

Jem took to her Twitter account last week to let fans know they were officially an item.
Writing on the social networking site she said: “I’d like to confirm me and @CharlotteDawsx are officially a couple. Thank you for all your love and support”.
However while a spokesman for Charlotte didn’t rule out a relationship, he did tell the Mail Online, “I’d suggest it to be a joke.”
Both girls featured in the latest series of MTV show Ex on the Beach, and while they didn’t hook up on screen, they both romped with Geordie Shore's Gaz during the course of the season.
