Lauren has been giving her body an overhaul this year in a bid for a more natural look – and in June she posted a video of her getting her enhanced lips dissolved back to their natural state.

But despite thoughts that maybe she missed her fuller pout and had got them put back in, she took the opportunity to clear any doubts to her fans in her column for .

: “2016 was the year to get my lip fillers removed after nearly five years of constant top-ups. I have lovely full natural lips so it’s finally time to embrace them.

“This year I am really looking after my body and health so this was the natural and the right decision for me for where I am in my life and career."

In late September she posted a picture of her make-up streaked down her face after she took on the task of getting back into the gym spirit.

She has also sparked speculation that she has had bum implants after being spotted with a noticeably perkier rear, but she has since insisted that it is all natural and down to a diet of protein shakes and gaining weight.

The star had previously wrote in new!: "Like I’ve said before, I don’t read people’s negative comments – I don’t have the time. I love that they think I’ve had surgery though. My bum must look good!"

However, she admitted that she feels she does have body dysmorphia - an anxiety disorder that causes someone to have a distorted view of how they look and often leaves them unhappy with their body, and added: "I never feel happy, no matter what size I am. I can look at a picture and everyone tells me I look great, but I think I look revolting."
