Helen excitedly tried on a skintight pink dress, catching attention by boldly removing her bra throughout the process.
In the video, the former actress can be seen removing her lingerie top and changing into a hot pink corset-style figure-hugging midi dress.
Her makeup was immaculate, with a complete face of contour, bronzer, blush, false lashes, smokey eyeshadow, and plum lipstick.
Helen's thick blonde locks were styled in loose waves with extra volume and texture.

She captioned the post: "My 33rd Birthday dress 👸🏼 @houseofcb #gift 💗 not had chance to actually wear it out yet and celebrate as I’ve been bedraggled with the kids, summer holidays and I’m so disorganised but will get out the house soon."
