ED Sheeran seems to have swapped stadium gigs for a job in Starbucks as he surprised customers in Seattle.
Singer Ed, 32, launched the coffee chain's Pumpkin Spice Latte to coincide with the announcement of his next album, Autumn Variations.
In a video shared to Instagram, he addresses the camera before entering the store and serving fans.
The Sing songster joked, "If someone says their name, I'm just gonna write a completely different one."
He delighted locals by signing T-shirts and was even branded "the perfect barista" by one colleague.
Ed, who is in the Washington city as part of his Subtract Tour, wrote in his caption, "Launching the Pumpkin Spice Latte to celebrate the announce of Autumn Variations here in Seattle.

"Thanks for having me @starbucks, if you gave me your name I gave you a new one, for I am the barista of joy. Autumn is coming, September 29th."
One coffee lover told the , “It was the coolest thing ever. You could tell he was just so happy to be there and everyone was happy to see him.”
It comes after The Sun revealed Ed is just weeks away from launching his next album, only three months after the release of Subtract.
A source said: “Ed is going to be dropping a brand new record next month.

"It’s going to be massive for his fans, who’ve never had him drop two albums in a year before.
“It’s a massive change for him, as for years he has followed the traditional path of releasing a major album then going on tour.
“Now he’s going to drop the album to give fans something to look forward to after he wraps up the Mathematics tour next month.
“He has started testing out the material on fans at recent concerts and the reaction has been incredible.
"Everyone has been hugely respectful by not filming or recording the songs so they can be a surprise to those who weren’t at the concerts.”
