Scotty T is blasted by fans who say he ‘can’t act or dance’ as punters walk out of his panto debut as a prince in Leeds
SCOTTY T has come under fire from fans for his performance during his panto debut last night.
The Geordie Shore star is playing Prince Charming in Snow White at the White Rose Theatre in Leeds but he’s failed to charm the audience.
In fact some panto goers were so shocked by his performance and the quality of the show in general that they walked out mid show – leaving empty seats and red-faces.
Talking to Twitter to complain about the show, one user blasted: “Scotty T in panto is the worst thing I have ever witnessed!!!! The whole show is a disaster!”
In a series of tweets she then went on to reveal that today’s matinee show was cancelled in order to let the cast rehearse more and iron out any technical glitches.

She wrote: “Yeah, honestly it's the worst thing I've witnessed he can't act or dance at all and the mics kept going off.
“They've cancelled tomorrow morning show to rehearse 😭 they need to cancel the full thing!!”
While another woman took to the theatre’s Facebook page to complain about the technical issues throughout the show – revealing it had left her daughters in tears.
She wrote: “Tonight's show has been awful, I really hate to say this but the sound has been bad, mics not working which meant the cast lost the crowd from the start... not enough interaction...the crowd not being kept under control, kids running riot, security cant control them( not that they should have to but they are not even in the theatre).
“Not even half way through and so many ppl have walked out. It's embarrassing and I feel sooo sorry for the cast because it's not their fault. My daughters have been in tears because couldn't hear some points! I really hope this is first night blip! Gutted we came to this show and not one later on.”
Another person commented on the sound on Twitter, writing: “Such a shame about the sound.”
The theatre responded saying: “Our team worked through the night to rectify the sound problem.”
Someone else also revealed their children were ‘devastated and disappointed’ after watching the show.
They wrote: “The show was the worst I've ever seen and my children (who weren't running around) were begging to go home.
“I wouldn't want to ruin anyone's livelihood but the whole show, script, concept, set, songtune and audience interaction needs a major rethink. It was an extremely poor event that left my children devastated and disappointed. They love panto season but I'm not sure that they will ever want to see a panto again.
“Yes it was the first one - but if a show is going to be that poor, lack lustre and totally unprepared then you shouldn't be charging people to watch it.”
The Sun Online has contacted the theatre for comment.
