Lauren said she wasn't worried about it being awkward as her ex has since married Michelle Keegan.
She added: "I just feel like we've all moved on from everything. It would be fun to just have a laugh with it.
"All of that is such old news - there isn't any bad blood. Not for me personally anyway. I'm cool with everyone.
"I don't think [a reunion] would happen but it would be good - just to see what we all look like now compared to back then."

Meanwhile, Lauren exclusively told the Sun Online that she will undergo an ultrasound procedure on her bum to prove she hasn't had implants.
Since vowing to overhaul her lifestyle earlier this year, Lauren has transformed her body and is now a devout gym bunny.
However the change in her bottom has caused speculation she’s had work done, with fans of the star regularly accusing her of going under the knife.
Now she’s hit back and when the Sun Online asked her if she’d undergo the procedure, just like Kim Kardashian did, she agreed, saying: “Yes I would, I’d do it! Why not?”
