Kerry Katona shows off her ‘lumps and bumps’ in bikini as she hits out at trolls over their ‘nasty vile comments’

KERRY Katona proudly shows off her 'lumps and bumps' in a royal blue bikini as she soaks up the last of the summer sunshine.

The former Atomic Kitten star says she "welcomes" the nasty comments on social media, because she is happy in her own skin.

Lying on her side on a sun lounger in front of a pool, Kerry grinned at the camera.

She pulled her blonde locks back into a ponytail and popped a pair of oversized sunglasses on her head.

"Lumps and bumps!!!! But it's getting there!!!! I'm 43 people not 23!!!! Getting myself back into shape is bloody hard!! Especially the older you get!

"But remember people, it's about how you feel on the inside a healthy mind is a healthy life and exercise is the key!!!" she wrote in the caption.

The mum-of-five has lost three stone after improving her diet and following a strict workout regime.

She often shares her "real unedited body" with fans on social media.

"Yes I have stretchmarks. Yes I have cellulite, but they are all signatures from my five babies that I grew inside of me," she continued.

"Say your nasty comments leave your vile insults. I welcome them because no one is perfect.

"I certainly know I’m not but I’m happy and I’ll continue to better myself and to do that you’ve gonna take that step into who you wanna be! And I wanna be the best version I can be of myself."

Back in May, Kerry was forced to defend herself against any potential trolls by insisting she was feeling amazing after losing the weight so quickly.

The star said she was now able to fit back into her size 12 jeans after an overhaul of her "dieting" plans.

She went on to add that she felt it was important to share with her fans and followers her fitness journey - stressing that by being honest and open about normal bodies, she could help inspire others to overhaul their lifestyles too.
