Holly Hagan confirms she has quit Geordie Shore… as her cast mates pay touching tributes
Reality star is leaving MTV series after six years of fun-filled antics
HOLLY Hagan has confirmed she has quit Geordie Shore.
The reality star shared an emotional post on Instagram on Tuesday night as her last ever episode of the MTV show aired.
In a lengthy post, she wrote: "Just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who's been involved in my Geordie Shore journey for the past 6 years!
"Considering I thought I was going to get p***ed for 6 weeks and thought I'd be going back to the call centre this has changed my life and I'll forever be grateful."
But in her Instagram post, she insisted she had thought long and hard about it before finalising her plans.
She continued: "I'd been considering leaving for a very long time and it wasn't a split second decision as it may look on tv.
"I've not had one single regret since leaving but that's not to say I won't miss every single one of that f***ed up family.
"My brothers and sisters forever, I'm so proud and honoured to have been a part of MTV's highest rating show and I have memories that no1 can replace.
"I hope everyone continues to support Geordie Shore. Thank you for being a part of this incredible journey."
A few minutes later, Holly added a picture of the cast alongside the caption: "My family old and new we've been on a journey that only us will ever understand. Love yas all forever [sic]".
