The Towie beauty has revealed she spent 10 days battling a bad cold before finally kicking it last week.

But she has been struck down with ill health again just three days before Christmas.

Lauren, 30, has shared a picture from her bedside showing a glass of hot water and lemon, along with a bottle of Night Nurse.

She insists she is trying to avoid taking medication as she wants to kick the flu naturally.

"I've had 2 paracetamols thats it I've already had it for 10 days other week and now it's come back again !!

It comes after Lauren revealed she plans to have her 34E boobs reduced with another operation.

The 30-year-old Towie star currently has breast implants but says she has booked a consultation to have them reduced and may even have them taken out to go completely natural.

Writing in her column for new! magazine, Lauren said: “I still really want to have my boobs reduced and I have actually got a consultation booked with Mr Sultan Hassan at Elite Surgical, but nothing is set in stone.

“The surgeon might even suggest I have the implants taken out, which I would consider doing if they were reconstructed well.”
