He now wants to spend more time at home in Jamaica to avoid the possibility of his children being led astray.

SEAN PAUL has revealed he spent so long on tour that his son believed his name was FaceTime, because that was the only way they could speak to each other.

The dancehall icon, who will celebrate 30 years in music next year, said the stark wake-up call made him reconsider his life choices.

He now wants to spend more time at home in Jamaica to avoid the possibility of his children being led astray.

In an exclusive interview, the dad of two said: “The first couple of years of my son’s life, I think he thought my name was FaceTime. I was always on it. Those times are hard for me but I have a month now at home and it’s awesome.

“There’s so many things that could lead kids astray right now and I have to be there and counsel them and show them what real life is about.

“I’m looking forward to being the best that I can be and facilitating the good things so that my kids become good people.”

But he hasn’t given up music altogether, as he has just dropped new single Dem Time Deh and also promised a new album and UK tour are in the works.

Sean, who has had hits including Rockabye, Baby Boy and Breathe, explained: “I’m kind of warming up the airways right now. I haven’t finished the album but it’s coming out next year.

“I’m looking forward to coming to London and touring the UK again. It’s like a second home. It’s always treated me with love.”

And he is eager to embrace the use of artificial intelligence in his next steps.

He explained: “I just used it for two videos. They looked boring so I used AI to help it look better, it is what it is.

“For some people it’s awful but I don’t see a feasible way to stop what’s happening so I embrace it in some respects.

“But for some things, I’d rather walk in the grass with my feet.”

THE Halloween costumes haven’t even been packed away yet but the Christmas campaigns have already arrived, with Hailey Bieber posing in this icy gown for Calvin Klein’s ads.

The model wore this slip dress from the brand’s new womenswear collection, while 13 Reasons Why actor Brandon Flynn has been brought in to be the face of the men’s range.

I’m surprised Hailey has had any time to even think about the festive period yet.

Over the weekend she got dressed up in three different Halloween costumes, starting with a bash where she and her pop star husband Justin went as Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm from The Flintstones.

Then she stripped down to her knickers to be Drew from Scary Movie and lastly posing as a string of characters from Mean Girls for a snap on Instagram.

She knows how to catch my eye.

THREE hasn’t been a hat-trick for John Cena after the success of his movies Barbie and Fast X this year, his latest flick has flopped.

He stars in action comedy Freelance, which cost £33million to make but has been slammed by critics and has made just £2.5million at the box office in the US since its release on Friday.

It doesn’t sound like those people who paid to see it had much fun either, as it has a zero per cent rating on review website Rotten Tomatoes.

There is no release date for here yet, which is probably for the best.

THREE Lions veteran David Seaman has told of the dangers of gambling and mental health issues in football, revealing young players are often left struggling due to having too much time on their hands.

In an exclusive chat, the ex-Arsenal goalkeeper said he understood why rising stars turned to gambling and recalled the struggles of his close pal Paul Merson, who lives with an addiction to betting.

David said: “Seeing Paul and what he went through  . . . I’d be watching him sprinting off the pitch at half time to get to a TV screen to see how his bets were getting on. There is a lot of time of them being alone in their room or being with the lads and that is where the issues grow out of.”

David, inset, who has teamed up with mental health charity Mind for National Stress Awareness Day today to encourage us all to focus on our mental wellbeing, said attitudes were slowly changing in football but that more needed to be done.

He added: “In my day psychologists would come in and we’d be like, ‘Here we go again’, that was our attitude.

“But every time I hear someone talking about mental health now I am pleased people are talking about it.”

David is helping raise money with Mind and Go Outdoors, who are selling hats and flasks designed by David and other celebrity ambassadors including Helen Skelton and Julia Bradbury.

WHAT better way to blend into the crowd as you leave the theatre than by, err, wearing robes and a crown?

That is exactly what Ariana Grande did as she exited the first performance of her new boyfriend Ethan Slater’s show Spamalot on Broadway in New York on Tuesday evening.

Unsurprisingly, she was mobbed by fans before hopping into a limo with a male pal.

Ethan, who Ariana met on the set of the upcoming film adaptation of Wicked, is playing Prince Herbert in the show, based on the 1975 movie Monty Python And The Holy Grail.

They have been going strong as a couple since July, when it was revealed she had split from her estate agent husband Dalton Gomez.

Ariana has recently been to see stage productions of The Rocky Horror Picture Show, starring her actor brother Frankie, plus & Juliet.

She was at the latter with top music producer Max Martin, whose songs, including Oops I Did It Again soundtrack the show.

I’m hoping this is a sign she is back in the studio working on something new. After her bad luck in love, it’s good to see her smile again.
