K-pop singer Nahee dies suddenly aged 24 as record label pays tribute with message ‘she’s left earth to become a star’
K-POP singer Nahee has died suddenly at the age of 24.
Nahee's record label Mun Hwa confirmed the young singer's death in an post, saying "she has left our earth and become a star".
It is not clear where or how Nahee, who broke into the South Korean music scene four years ago, died.
It was previously reported she passed away on Wednesday but her record label only confirmed her death today.
In a touching post, the Mun Hwa label wrote on Instagram: "Singer-song writer Nahee has left our earth and become a star in the sky".
"I am sorry to bring sudden news to all of you fans who have supported and loved Nahee. We send our deepest condolences."

Nahee had shared a picture of herself and her dog playing with a toy on Instagram just three days ago.
The post was part of a selection of pictures she posted, including a selfie of her in a winter coat and a close up of her dog's fluffy paws.
Also included was a video of a city in the sunset that appeared to have been taken from a train.
Touching tributes have poured out from the star's fans.

A third said: "We promise to listen to listen to your songs Nahee, rest in peace."
Nahee's last known performance on October 29 when she sang and played the guitar for her loyal fans.
Her debut single "Blue City" was released in 2019 and her popularity grew when she released two other songs, "Gloomy Day" and "Blue Night."
According to reports from Koreaboo, Nahee's funeral will be held at the central hall in Pyeongtaek in Gyeonggi Province.
