Jack Fincham breaks silence on Chloe Brockett romance after series of ‘dates’

JACK Fincham has spoken of his love for Chloe Brockett after spending a romantic weekend together.

The Love Island star broke his silence on their rumoured romance, as he opened up about relationships in a moving interview with The Sun.

Jack admits he's not ready for a girlfriend following his battle with addiction since leaving the villa in 2018.

He said it meant couldn't be "the one" for his former girlfriend, Dani Dyer.

Despite dates with Towie star Chloe, Jack is holding off on getting into another serious relationship right now.

The pair have been on/off since 2019 when they grew close after Jack's split from Dani.

Chloe denied they were in an exclusive relationship after their staycation sparked massive fan speculation.

Jack told The Sun: "I love Chloe, I absolutely love her.

"I speak to her every day. She's someone I can talk to about anything, she's so supportive.

"I don't know what will happen with that, but she's special.

"She's probably one of the most kindest souls I've ever met in my life."

He added: "I need to work on myself now.

"I've always worried about bringing other people down.

"That's why I wouldn't entertain getting a girlfriend until I feel like I'm in a place in my life, and my head, that I'm happy with."

Jack, 31, last week opened up about secretly struggling with crippling anxiety after winning Love Island five years ago.

He self-medicated with Class A drugs including cocaine, as well as xanax and diazepam to "escape" from life.

At his lowest point in 2020 he thought he was "better off dead" as he took 30 diazepam pills a day to cope.

Jack has secretly spent time in rehab in 2020, but has since been arrested three times for drug-driving.

After being handed a 36-month driving ban and given 60 hours' community service in October, Jack has vowed to turn over a new leaf.

He's been clean since his last arrest in August - the longest he's been drug-free since his eight-week stretch in the Love Island villa.

Despite his struggles since splitting with Dani, Jack has nothing but praise for his ex.

He said: "She is an amazing person. I'm so happy for her and Jarrod - she's got two or three kids now I think and that's amazing. She'll be an amazing mum.

"I just clearly would never have been the person for her - for that - at this stage."

Jack and Dani split nine months after leaving the villa and Dani went on to reunite with her previous boyfriend Sammy Kimmence.

Shortly after the couple welcomed a baby boy named Santiago, Dani was left as a single mum when Sammy was jailed for swindling pensioners out of thousands of pounds.

Dani has since found love with West Ham United star Jarrod Bowen and she gave birth to twins in May this year.
