IS SHE ENGAGED?

Lauren Goodger puts diamond from jailbird lover on to WEDDING finger and admits she can’t wait for his release

THE Towie star's hinted she’s engaged after putting her new diamond ring on her left hand

LAUREN Goodger’s got everyone talking after she put the diamond ring given to her by her jailbird love on to her wedding finger.

The Towie star showed off the white gold sparker on her left hand while out for dinner with the convict Joey Morrison's family and friends.

She wrote next to the picture of her hand: “Love my beautiful diamond ring!”

Lauren went on to thank the jeweller and one of her friends for keeping it a secret from her.

Fans of the reality star quickly questioned why she’d moved the ring onto her left hand, with many assuming she was engaged.

One wrote: “I don't understand why you have suddenly put the ring on your wedding ring finger after it was originally on your right hand? Unless you've just got engaged?”

Lauren first showed off white gold and diamond ring on Christmas morning, telling her followers she felt like a very lucky lady after receiving the gift from her prisoner beau.

Joey, who’s currently serving an 18-year sentence, managed to get the ring to Lauren from his cell in HMP Highpoint South.

Later on Christmas night, Lauren gushed over Joey and told him it wasn’t “too long now” until he would be back in the outside world.

She added: Thank you for everything and we all wish you was here.

“I can't believe how strong you are to have done the time you have and are still happy and smiling every day.

“People will speculate and form opinions but everyone I speak to who knows you speaks highly of you and cannot wait to see you.”

“Yes, he’s not been an angel but people deserve a second chance and his crimes never involved innocent people.”

Last month Lauren made it clear just how devastated she was that they weren’t going to be able to celebrate Christmas together.

The 30-year-old said: “I really wanted to see him over the Christmas Day but sadly the prison is closed.

“I wanted to take him a Christmas meal but I’m not allowed to.

“I’ve already sent him trainers and tracksuits – but that’s all I can send!”

Despite this setback, Lauren’s excited about Joey getting out of prison and is looking forward to a future with him.

Towie star Lauren explained: “He’s done half his time and he should be out in a couple of months.

“I can’t wait! I’m going to hold a party for him, his family and our mutual friends.”

It seems starting a family is very much in her plans, with the broody star saying “I’ll have one next year” before admitting she’d love to have two children.

She added: “I’m so excited about having a baby. There will be a LG range and everything.”

Hopefully for Lauren Joey will be out in the New Year, after he got into hot water earlier this month after using a mobile phone behind bars.

Joey was caught with pals using the smuggled device inside HMP Standford Hill in Kent, a category D open facility.

It means he lost visitor privileges, such as two-hour outdoor visits from Lauren and is now at category C jail HMP Highpoint South in Suffolk.
