LAUREN Goodger last night made an emotional Instagram tribute to her jailbird boyfriend - just hours after sparking engagement rumours.
The 30-year-old took to social media to post an open letter to convict Joey Morrison, telling him and her 709,000 followers that she couldn't wait to see him - as she spent Christmas Day evening alongside his family and friends.
Lovesick Lauren, who recently returned to Towie after a short hiatus to focus on her other businesses, made her intentions towards the handsome criminal clear with a photo of him before his conviction and a gushing message.
She wrote: "[And] whilst I'm at it with the photos Merry Christmas to this one. Thank you for everything and we all wish you was here, not too long now and you will have your life back.
"I can't believe how strong you are to have done the time you have and are still happy and smiling everyday, your strength is you.
"The people who know you all know why you are in there and I hope now all news groups have been sent emails with the facts maybe they will now stop the b***shit they write.
"People will speculate and form opinions but everyone I speak to who knows you speaks highly of you and cannot wait too see you.
"Happy Christmas and 2017 is nearly here if you know you know as people keep saying to me."
Fans were quick to voice their support for Lauren's heart-wrenching situation, with ex Big Brother star Imogen Thomas leading the charge.
She tweeted: "Just follow your heart f**k everyone else and their opinions! X"
Others urged, "Life is too short, always grab happiness when you can"; "Always follow your heart! F**k what other people say! Be happy"; and "Your not on your own i am also in the same situation any women who goes through this is a strong women!"
Joey gave the curvy fake tan entrepreneur the incredible gift from behind bars.
Although the pair can’t be together on the big day, after HMP Highpoint South ruined their festive plans by not allowing visitors, it seems Joey’s managed to pull out all the stops.
Lauren showed off the new piece of bling on Instagram, telling her followers: “I’m a very lucky girl.”
A few hours later she sparked engagement rumours after posing with it on her wedding finger, although she later told one fan that she wore it on whichever finger she felt like and was not betrothed to the steely-eyed East Londoner.
Last night Lauren shared a pic of herself flanked by underground rap crew RMT - Real Money Team - and Joey's brother who is also a respected MC under the moniker of Morrisson.
In 2013, the partnership enjoyed underground success with track RMT or Nothing, and a quick scan through Morrisson's social media channels reveal fans are desperate for the talented rapper to release some new music.
