Marc Anthony files for divorce from third wife Shannon De Lima a MONTH after passionate public kiss with ex-wife Jennifer Lopez

MARC Anthony has filed for divorce from third wife Shannon De Lima.

TMZ report that the latin heartthrob has claimed that their two-year marriage is "irretrievably broken", but the split is "amicable".

It is also reported that the couple - who have no children - have already divided their property and assets in a confidential settlement.

The news comes hours after his ex-wife JLo made things official with Canadian RnB crooner Drake.

A source previously told The Sun that the couple's 17-year age gap wasn't an issue to them.

They said: “Jen and Drake have tried to keep their romance under wraps by suggesting they are just working together, but the truth is they are an item.

“They have been seeing each other for a number of weeks and her friends are saying she is already smitten.

“The age gap doesn’t bother them."

Last month it was reported Marc and Shannon had split less than 24 hours after the he kissed his ex-wife onstage at the Latin Grammy Awards.

Marc, 48, and Venezuelan model Shannon, 28, married in 2014 in the Dominican Republic, three years after he split from J-Lo.

J-Lo told the crowd that Marc, with whom she shares twins Max and Emme, eight, would "always be many things in my life — a mentor, a soulmate, a father".

The star, who split from boyfriend Casper Smart last summer, added: "He is not only a Person of the Year, he is a living legend."

Dad of five Marc dedicated the award to his children, and did not mention Shannon in his acceptance speech.

Marc and Jennifer married in 2004, just months after her high-profile break-up from actor Ben Affleck.

They announced their separation in 2011, and their divorce was finalised three years later.

Shannon is Mark's third wife; his first was Puerto Rican actress Dayanara Torres, to whom he was married from 2000 to 2004.
